Habitat Care was founded in 2009 by Sergio and Yan Mesen, a husband and wife team with a simple vision to provide genuine, person-centered care delivered by people who truly care.

Call us, send an enquiry, or drop by your local office. We’ll take time to listen and understand your situation, what kind of help you’re looking for, your loved one’s needs, and what matters most to you
We’ll arrange a friendly home visit or video call so we can get to know each other properly. Together, we’ll create a care plan that’s personal, practical, and built entirely around your routines and preferences.
Whether you need a few hours a week, daily visits, or live-in care, we’ll match you with carefully selected Caregivers who fit your needs and personality. You’ll always have the chance to meet them before care begins.
Once everything is in place, your care begins. We stay in close contact, making sure everything runs smoothly and adjusting support whenever your needs change
